Lesson Cancelation 
Policy

We look to be as flexible as possible in how our students schedule their sessions.

 

Students are not required to have their lessons on a weekly basis but can instead be arranged as and when fits their timetable. There is no minimum amount of time required for lessons to be used.

 

If a student for any reason wishes to not continue their lessons, they will be refunded for any unused sessions. 

So that our team can schedule their working time, teachers require a minimum of 24 hours cancelation. Cancelations given with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the normal hourly rate.
