DENIS SHAKMAN

I have been playing competitive chess since the age of 5. By 12, I have achieved an International Chess Master title and become Russian Chess Champion winning the ‘Cup of Russia’. Later I joined many national junior chess teams including Russian Junior Chess Team and British Schools Team. Recently, I represented LSE at British Championship and was selected to represent GB at European Universities Championship. My teaching experience includes running school chess clubs for kids aged 5 - 12.
